Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delays

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, Rooted Ritual is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@shoprootedritual.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
